Missions--Dr. Russell,

Dear Friends of IGC,
By the grace of God the meetings are going well. So far we have averaged about 750 people per night and a number of salvation decisions have been made! (We are attempting to pass on some pictures via internet. We will let you know how to access these when they come available.) 8 of our men are attending from Orissa.

We are talking with the Orissa pastors about future plans for ministry there. It will take some time for churches to decide on new locations and ministry strategy. Pray for wisdom in these important days. Your generous aid will be very important in this process.

Pray for this weekend as the doctors from PA (The Russell's) and their medical team will provide very important help to many, many people. This will be a great opportunity to proclaim Christ to many during that outreach.

We have posted few photographs of the meetings if you click on the link below. The medical team has arrived safely.http://www.piei.org/index.php?ministrygroupcode=15

Thank you so much.Shibu Simon

Jessi Sturgis,

I wanted to let you all know that Jessi still has to take her liquid iron because her levels are still too low. She had an ultrasound that told us that her kidneys look normal, at least muscularly. There are no masses etc. However, she still has protein in her urine and blood but the levels are slightly lower. The specialist said she would like to observe her for a couple more months (June) before doing the biopsy but if the levels stay the same or only get slightly better, she will have to have the biopsy then.

Thanks for keeping her in your prayers.
Thanks
B. Sturgis

GUIDO and KIM ORELLANA – Camp Pallatanga in Ecuador

Please pray for the Orellana and the Johannes families dealing with constant and persistent illnesses that won't let up. For the last month we have ALL been sick one after another. Elena has it now. Just when we think we are better and we begin to work together, someone else gets sick. Pray for all 4 of us parents as we get each of those illnesses from the kids while taking care of the kids at the same time. Pray for Health.

Field Council starts TUE and we have a lot to get done. It seems that whenever we have plans to work together or have a planning meeting, someone gets sick. Please pray. Pray that we will not let the sickness discourage us. Pray for health. Nicole's dermatitis is so bad she can't use her hands. Pray for the kids who have gone from virus to the flu to the stomach flu in just over two weeks.

Missions--Dr. Russell

Pray for God's moving & work among us:January meetings will be held on 12th through the18th. We have lined up different speakers for the evening meetings. Please pray for the salvation of people. Many unsaved people attend the meeting. There is a concert by our music team prior to the message. In addition this year on Saturday, Dr. Russell and team (from PA) will conduct a Medical Clinic. We are expecting about 400 people for this. We will use this time also to speak to the spiritual needs of the people. We are expecting 25 people from Orissa and 35-40 from Andhra Pradesh. They will stay here for the whole week. Please also pray for the believers of Kangazha Church. They will have to care for all the meals etc. (We are all saddened by the sudden death of a Deacon, Mr. Varghese who used lead this effort. He was such a servant.) Please also pray for the financial needs of this meeting.

Thank you for your prayers,Shibu Simon

Mowry Family

Becky came down with a stomach virus that has been going around. Please pray that the baby does not come down with it as well. Also, please pray that Becky's milk does not dry up. We were looking forward to bringing the baby to church for the first time today. Lord willing we will be able to next Sunday. Thanks in advance for all your prayer and support. God bless.
