Dear Friends...Today, Pastor Tony had his second round (3 hours worth)
of chemotherapy. It is not the same as the first in that it is not
hooked to a "drip" for 5 days. And it is not as strong, as he was
physically rocked by the first round. Continue to pray that it does
its
thing and heals him! His spirits are wonderful! He is such an
encouragement to our congregation, and everyone he meets. He preached
an incredible sermon on Sunday! He answered the question, "How do you
handle it when you are told you have cancer (or fibromyalgia, or
marriage troubles, or financial difficulties, or the death of a loved
one...or anything else)"? His answer...TRUST GOD! He knew your life
before the foundations of the world, and NOTHING CAN CHANGE THAT.
Nothing can change the solid grip He has on you if you know Him as your

Savior! He encouraged us that when the storms of life come....don't be

like a turkey who runs to hide in the barn, but be like the eagle and
leave the secure nest to soar on the winds where you have never soared
before! WOW!!! What an answer! Praise God for His faithfulness..and
please keep praying!
Blessings....Trudy

Laurie is now home. She has a cast on her left foot and arm. She is walking, but the casts make it difficult. She is still wearing a back brace due to the compressed vertebrae but no longer needs the collar on her neck. She is getting around the house slowly and her family has been a great help. She deeply appreciates all the meals, prayers, and well wishes.
